Mission:
The mission of Heartland is “ Building stronger communities by providing opportunities that empower people in need.”
Heartland Community Action is educating the community by offering Tours of Hope bi-monthly. The Tours demonstrate public awareness of Heartland's resources and inspiring stories of people from poverty to self-sufficiency. A fundraiser luncheon called Pathways to Hope was held in December with 125 people attending. This event was a great success.
