Wright County Community Action
Wright County Community Action (WCCA) is a Private Non-Profit community based Community Action Agency, founded in 1965 to combat poverty locally. All WCCA services and programs are provided in Wright County. Head Start services are provided in Wright County and the Western 1/3 of Hennepin County.
The array of programs, services and projects conducted by WCCA to address the local problems of poverty are continually changing. Presently the programs, services and projects operated by WCCA include the following.
