Minnesotans Care About Poverty Campaign
The Minnesota Community Action Partnership (MinnCAP) seeks to engage its members in civic activity through the Minnesotans Care About Poverty Campaign (MCAP). Community Action staff, board members, volunteers, and interested community members are encouraged to get involved in voter engagement, writing letters to their elected officials, working on action campaigns to advance issues they care about, and making contributions through Minnesota's Political Contribution Refund Program.
